The Hardware Company of Hillsville is owned by TEMS Hospitality, LLC.  TEMS was formed for the sole purpose of establishing an exceptional dining experience in Historic Downtown Hillsville, Virginia.  The owners of TEMS are intent upon making The Hardware Company of Hillsville a model employer and corporate citizen, as well as the best restaurant in the Blue Ridge Plateau region.  TEMS works closely with the Town of Hillsville and local businesses to promote the revitalization of Hillsville's Main Street economy.

The Hardware Company's General Manager is Michael LaCombe. Mr. LaCombe comes to the Hardware Team with many years of experience in restaurant management.  Michael has managed the famous Cheasepeake Bay Seafood restuarants in the Washington, DC area and most recently been a manager in the highly successful Chili's chain.  Mike believes in "true Southern Hospitality" and is committed to making the Hardware Company the best restaurant in Southwest Virginia.
